Help at Home Senior Care was proud to be part of Rhythms & Resources, a wellness event for older adults held at Sun City on September 22, 2026. As a proud member of the Seniors Resource Group, we were excited to join fellow senior-care professionals in creating an opportunity for older adults and their families to connect with valuable resources, information, and community support.

The event featured live music, local vendors, senior resources, and guest speaker Amel Whitaker, who shared insights about "Is it Aging or Alzheimer's". Attendees had the opportunity to learn about resources ranging from legal services and advocacy to financial, tax and insurance services, real estate and housing transitions, health and wellness, geriatric care management, senior home care, end-of-life and family support, and safety technology.

Our Community Relations Coordinator, Rhonda Horsman, was proud to attend on behalf of Help at Home Senior Care and connect with community members while sharing information about the resources available to help seniors and their families navigate the aging journey.

Events like Rhythms & Resources highlight the importance of bringing trusted professionals together to create a stronger support network for older adults and their families.
