We were honored to attend the Forget-Me-Not Gala hosted by Northbay PACS, where local
advocates, families, and care providers gathered to raise awareness and support for
Alzheimer’s care in Sonoma County.
At the event, we connected with trusted community partners including Home Instead, Jet’s
Assisted Living & Memory Care Placement, and Anchor Health Hospice. Together, we
shared insight, resources, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those
affected by Alzheimer’s.
