advocates, families, and care providers gathered to raise awareness and support for Alzheimer’s care in Sonoma County.

At the event, we connected with trusted community partners including Home Instead, Jet’s Assisted Living & Memory Care Placement, and Anchor Health Hospice. Together, we shared insight, resources, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those affected by Alzheimer’s.
