In recognition of National Nurses Week, Help at Home Senior Care was proud to participate in a community effort to honor RN case managers and nurses who dedicate their careers to caring for others. Our Community Relations Coordinator joined Aura Hospice and Jet’s Assisted Living & Memory Care Placement to deliver Hero gift bags and personally thank nurses for their compassion and commitment.

Together, we visited care facilities across Sonoma County, including Santa Rosa Post Acute, to recognize the vital role nurses play in supporting patients, families, and the broader continuum of senior care locally.
